Welcome to our website. We offer accommodation in private apartments in Karlov pod Pradědem. The whole building underwent complete reconstruction in 2007 so you can look forward to maximum comfort, peace and quiet. The surroundings are ideal for families with children any time of the year. Guests can make use of the car park, bicycle shed and ski room. Also available is the lift in the building, which makes access with baby-coach or wheelchair easy. In the town you will find a sports equipment hire shop and in winter a ski and swowboard school for children and adults.

Karlov pod Pradědem is one of the most favorite ski centers in the Jeseníky Mountains. One of the many ski slopes is located right behind the apartment complex, so if the conditions are favorable you do not have to go far. There are of course many ski slopes in the area with various levels of difficulty, suitable for both beginners and experienced skiers, which are easily accessible from the building (an interesting option is e.g. to take the ski bus to Praděd (1492 m) - well known for his longest skiing season in the Czech Republic - approx. 6 km away). Several slopes are complemented with man-made snow and floodlights offering the possibility for night skiing (just next to apartments). In the surroundings there are many routes prepared for cross country skiing. In the summer there are dozens of signposted tourist and cycle paths, most of which lead through pleasant forests. For lovers of mushroom picking the hunting grounds begin right outside the building.
