Karlov pod Pradědem is part of the village of Malá Morávka, which is surrounded by the towns of Šumperk, Bruntál and Jeseník. The village itself is located in the valley of the river Moravice at an elevation of 700 m.a.s.l. Two tenths of the northern slope of this valley serve as a downhill ski slopes, several of which are floodlit for night skiing.
The apartments are part of a residential complex with the address Karlov pod Pradědem 154, located approx. 3 kilometers from the exit to Karlov pod Pradědem from Highway 445 leading from Malá Morávka to Karlova Studánka. The complex can be found on the left side of the road in close proximity to the ski slope and is accessible along an asphalt track which leads to the car park right next to the complex.
